Army of Change
by Andrew Morrison My sub-consciousness, my alter ego, my inner energy or my soul, whichever the case may be, wants to build an army. He is the one typing right now. I want to build an army. Not an army of weapons, but an army of construction. An army of people willing to work for the future of humanity and not for the destruction of it. An army where the primary duty of each soldier is to do whatever they can to make this World a better place and not whatever they can to destroy their adversary. An army of thinkers, but not leaders. Conflict begins when someone wants to be the leader to impose a point of view. We are all members of the same Human Race, the same Planet and the same Universe. We are all different points of view, which are all equally valid and equally important to the evolution of our specie. Absolutely no one is obligated to follow any one's point of view if they don't agree with it. There is no one above anyone. No one should decide how to control the life of other people. People should be free to live their life in whichever way fits their point of view. So who creates the rules? the those guidelines? It is up to all of us as a group. It is up to us to discuss them and figure out which ones are beneficial for Human survival and evolution. Do we all agree that killing is bad for human survival? then we don't kill. If you don't agree with that, then you don't need to be a part of this Army. But we respect your decision, because it is the way which you feel your world should be. Your point of view. We respect if you decide to live life by thinking that killing is good. But you will not have a very long life. Because you will soon get killed by others who think like you. And that is your choice and their choice. The more of you that there are, the faster humanity will reach its destruction.There is is nothing we can do to stop you, you have the weapons, and only we have our thoughts. All we can do is try to make you understand the point of view of this Army. So that hopefully you will understand that there is a better way for humanity. There is a way to live live without having to kill anyone. Do we all agree that stealing is bad for humanity? then we are on the same path. If you want to steal, we respect if you decide to live that way. Someday you will have nothing. Everything you steal will be stolen from you, by those who think like you. This Army will not stop you, will not ask for it, or look for it. But will take it to help those in need if it is given to us. All we can do is explain our point of view. In hopes that you understand there is a better way. Do we agree that education should be free and accessible to every single human being? Free education not only form the economic standpoint, but from the creative, racial, cultural and social standpoint. Education with freedom of thought. If we all agree then we make it a rule. Whoever doesn't agree, is free to charge for education and create institutions that promote only a single point of view and ignore or hate on the others by hiding the truth and distorting the facts effectively stealing the right for education and freedom of thought from people. In the end humanity will live in complete ignorance. All we can do is promote and communicate our point of view hoping people will listen and understand that there is better way. And then there is the other way...the easier way. The way this planet seems to work. Lets build an army fit to destroy any other army that opposes us. An Army that will stand against any point of view different from our point of view, and will die to defend its own. Lets kill those who think different from us by creating subversive groups of armed soldiers that will attack by surprise, and when we have enough power, lets create an army of destruction that will dominate any Country in the World. Any point of view. Any group of Humans. Because we have the truth! And everyone else is wrong. Lets steal from others to give back to whom we believe deserves the money and keep it to buy and build more weapons and fund our missions. Lets take from those who steal because we believe they are wrong and we are right. We are always right so we will imprison anyone and steal their liberty in order to achieve or impose our point of view. Because we have the truth! And everyone else is wrong. It the easier way not because it is simple. But because the peaceful way is so much harder and slower. And it will take years or centuries to change someones mind instead of days to force someone to think one way or pay someone to support another point of view. It is much easier to ignore or go to war against the other ideas than respect it, learn from it, cooperate with it and live next to it. The truth is this army does not take the easy way out. For us the choice is obvious. We will not build a World of constant conflict, Instead, We will build a World of Constant Cooperation. We will build the army that will fix this World without opposing anyone. Only by sharing information by listening to and respecting every single point of view as a unique part of this universe. This is not anarchy, laws and guidelines are created automatically when we have enough respect for other human beings. It is an army with no leader and no ranks. An army were we don't follow people but ideals. Our own ideals. It is an army where we all do what we can to help and share with others how we build a better World by respecting other points of view no matter how different they are from yours. An army of people sharing their own ideals and where competition is good but cooperation is better. Not competing to see who is the best or who who is first, but cooperating and sharing information to find the idea can help solve problems better, the competition is against the problem not against us. The problem is finding the way we can all live in peace. Ironically, we are trying to find that way by destroying each other. We need to shift the focus of our competition of our fight. Our fight is against the difficulty of finding a solution. The problem is the challenge to find the solution. And we need to put our creativity in use towards solving that problem. The more minds thinking about a problem the faster we will find a solution. Just like the number of transistors in a processor or the number of processors in a computer. We are a thinking organism. A living computer. Humanity as a whole is a network of thoughts and ideas. We need to learn to process the information correctly so that it produces a solution. Our consciousness is the software that tells the processors what to do. If we change the software or we shift our consciousness towards a different goal, the computer will provide a different result, and we the focus of the program is correct, we will resolve the issue. The combination human thought is a mind by itself. Humanity can choose the direction it wants to go in. We decided that green was better, and now we have the whole industry working towards that. Some do it for evil, most for money, many do it for the environment, but we all agree that green is better for human survival. Somehow, the majority of people came to the conclusion that we need to move in that direction, and that is the direction we are moving towards. The majority of people thought that capitalism was the way to go, but slowly another group or point of view grew, and communism started to take over, then capitalism came back because enough people realized the problems of communism, so the world shifted, then again it happened, the number of people wanting a specific solution grew and socialism grew, it took many years before it could rise to power, it needed to find enough people supporting it and it had to deal with everyone going against it, until it reached a majority, so the world shifted towards that. Soon, and we just saw the first sign of it in Honduras, we will shift to the right. And we will go back and forth forever slowly improving the system. Hopefully learning from our mistakes. But if we understand how the human network functions and enough people support a change, we can shift the focus. Some people use money, power and rank, to shift the focus of many people, others use charisma, others lie, and others use weapons. Some people even use all. Some people are without a doubt ore influential than others, but that is only because of the structure we have given to society and the way we believe society should work. We believe that society should and will only work in a hierarchical manner. We believe that there has to be a leader and followers. And that is why the minority controls the majority. But we can see society as a network where every human being has the same amount of power and freedom to change their life, we know that there is always a way to change if we unite and cooperate towards our evolution. Not towards capitalism, or socialism or against each other, but towards new ideals that understand their value as input and experience to create better options.
