It was at this time I thought of my most recent interview with Carlos Barrios. Why? I’m not exactly sure, but none-the-less it came to me. So I thought I would share it with all of you. (see below)

(MB) Well welcome folks. One of those bittersweet shows I guess you could say. Very grateful to have our ancestors and mentors, particularly tonight, from the Mayan Nation. And of course, the not so good news is, you know, what’s going on. It’s not that we’re shocked! The Mayans and the Mayan calendar have been telling us about this for years. Hopi prophecy has been telling us about it. The Ananazi have been telling us about it. The Essenes have been telling us about it, and it’s Biblical as well. All spiritual disciplines have said something very close to the same. So I know many of you unfortunately probably got squeezed out and are not able to listen tonight. Tonight’s show will be up first thing tomorrow morning, and I have a feeling that you’re going to want to listen to this over and over. Let me get right to him, Carlos ! Barrios, who is Mayan Elder, High Priest Mayan Elder from Guatemala, and we are going live to Guatemala right now. Carlos has something very important to tell us of our current times as he has convened and conversed with many of the Elders of the Mayan Clans. Carlos Barrios, welcome to the show.

(CB) Thank you very much. How are you?

(MB) Well, I’m doing okay here, Carlos. You have the attention of many, many, many people with something you have to say tonight because, well, we can witness it. We see it happening everywhere. Florida, Pakistan, Louisiana, Guatemala. I just posted, Carlos, just an hour ago, the latest breaking news about the tragedy that is going on in your homeland. It’s a BBC article, and very briefly it tells us, Carlos, Guatemalan officials and the Red Cross have called for a Mayan town devastated by the tropical storm Stan to be evacuated amid fears of future mudslides. Carlos, this just recently came out, are you aware that, are you seeing people from the Red Cross trying to evacuate villages? Carlos? Carlos?

(CB) Yes, I’m here.

(MB) Is the Red Cross trying to evacuate people from the surrounding towns there in Guatemala?

(CB) They went, but they went some too late. I don’t think so we are completely ready for this kind of disasters, because in the coast the people was ready, and they make it in and not many people died in the coast, but they don’t have a provision working for in the highlands because the Stan, the hurricane, they move to the mountains, and the rain was continued for days, and that create the rivers and the lakes, and one of the volcanoes in the mountains, they fall and destroyed the special two places. I think a lot of the people are remembering now Santiago Amatitlan, the Land of the River, and this is one of the most spiritual places around the world, and not just Santiago was affected. The Highlands, and okay, many, many places around the country. The help, because they are not ready, many people were in trees for three or four da! ys and had nothing to eat, nothing to drink. They were on top of the roofs of their houses, and that’s the problem. The removal, there are a lot of bridges that was broken. The land covered a lot of the highway, and it was impossible to go in chopper because of a lot of rain, and the help arrived very, very late. Many people died, and we’re never really going to know how many people died.

(MB) Yes, Carlos, very, very, very sad. We’ve been watching it on the news. The mudslide people, people were buried alive there in Santiago and in surrounding areas just as you have said, and unfortunately, we are seeing this around the world! 30,000 people dead in Pakistan. We saw what happened in Louisiana, in Texas, with hurricane Rita and Katrina, and there’s flooding, immense flooding going on in our northeast states, in New Jersey. Carlos, what is it that you, and I know that you’re with another Mayan Elder tonight. He is from, he is the Mayan Elder from Santiago. A High Priest Elder, ! his name is, he goes by Manuel Mendosa, and I think you’re going to translate for him, but Carlos, as I understand it, you and other Mayan Elders got together and discussed what we’re seeing today, and compared, and looking at the Mayan calendar to try to find out where we are in our journey. What have you found out? What do you have to say to us tonight?

(CB) Okay. The date of today is, the energy for this, this is the energy of Ix, birth throne, and it is feminine energy. That’s now is Mother Earth is going to maybe more calm for the moment, but the other Elders is sad because they talk a lot, and they sent a message to all humanity all the time for explain and talk to the people. It’s time to take action, and I don’t know if you remember if when we talked in one of the interviews that you gave me, I say that in the Mayan, the last Mayan new year, there was not a message from the Elders because they say we never think of the needs of all humanity. Now is the time to take action because we’re warning, and we think everything is going to happen, and it is going to begin with the water. Tsunami, or the water is going to touch all the continents, and create a lot of destruction to warning to the people, and second is coming earthquakes. The Mother Earth who’s beginning to move, and! after this is the most dangerous, after this is fires who are coming, the magma The big eruptions, like the possibility of the park, Yellowstone, and in other places around the world. This is just a demonstration of Mother Earth, but if we don’t put attention, if we don’t stop the destruction, if we don’t stop the pollution. Okay. It’s our responsibility, and millions of people can die before the (?????)

(MB) Carlos, in your ceremonies, especially with the other Clansmen, the other High Priest Elders, did anyone else mention Yellowstone Park as a something to watch? Yellowstone super volcano, was that mentioned by others as well?

(CB) Yes, that’s it. This is one of the other types of the warnings the Elders make. This can be a big destruction, can create a great pollution, more like atomic bombs, and of course, can… You know, this is part, the Elders explained four years ago about the inferno. The Elders explained what we are doing each day with the trees, destroying more than 10,000 variants, and we cannot understand why more than 100,000 kids died because they don’t have nothing to eat. There are not a balance into humanity, and we need to really return unto the Earth humans. That’s the way, that’s the only way that we have, and okay, the most important now is, it’s in out hands. It’s not just to make ceremonies. It’s to stop the people who are creating wars, the destruction, and we need to begin to really take action about it.

(MB) So Carlos, we as a collective human, we as a community, we do have the power to change things, don’t we? We are not doomed to the disasters. Do you believe that we have an influence collectively together to change the energy of the times we’re in now?

(CB) Yes, Mitch. We think with the help of beautiful people, with conscious people, we can make a lot of ceremonies before the July 18th, and we celebrate a big ceremony in the Temple, and we think we are beginning to create more conscious, and stop part of the destruction, but it’s not enough. We need to really… everybody think, and everybody take action, but action is not just think or we are, like the Elders say, we can treat our people. We need to be heard. Teach our people in each of the actions in each of the moments of our lives because each moment is very important. Any action that we take, or we make has a reaction, and we need to have the conscience. But now we to do, is stop the people of the Earth, to have the power, and I think this is very important, to begin to create this collective power. We are not talking about violence. We are talking about to cr! eate the conscience, and the power of the mind of the people. The power of the ceremonies. The power of the meditation, and of course, the power of talk to the people can create more conscience, and we can make our voice, and be listened by the people to have the power. I hear from a singer make an interview and she say something very interesting, because she was asked, “What do you think about the Iraq war? What do you think about the weapons?” and she said “It’s not the weapons that the most dangerous.

The dangerous is really the crazy people who have the power that can create all this destruction, and if they have the power to attack our countries, have intervention in our governments of the decisions of the people, we can’t vote for the presidents of these countries.” It sounds very crazy, but they are affecting humanity, and we can stop all these people. I think we are more. They are just a little group. We are more! We need to remember we are more, and if we don’t take action, of course, the reaction is coming. Mother Earth is manifestation, a big manifestation about everything. If we can’t see, if we can’t understand, if we can close our eyes, of course, but you just see the plagues, the new sickness, and the earthquakes, and now the invasions, tsunamis, and the dry, all happening like the prophecies say. Like the Elders say, now we don’t need to say anymore, we’ve said everything. If you don’t see, if you don’t take acti! on, what we can do? Just make prayers? It’s not just with prayer we are going to stop (it). This is not the reality. We need to take real action.

(MB) Yes, very good point, Carlos. Folks, I mean, can you put it anymore plain than that? Carlos is basically saying do I need to say anything? All you got to do is open your eyes. I don’t need to say anything anymore. It’s obvious! How can you not see it? So the time of becoming aware, well, you know, maybe that’s not so true folks. You would be shocked. I think many of you would be shocked, but then again, maybe you wouldn’t, of how many people are walking around today who really are surprised at what’s unfolding. They’re taken back with these natural disasters as if they never had a clue, which is extremely surprising to me, because not only does science tell us otherwise, but obviously, our ancestors certainly have and passed it down.

Carlos, you also mentioned in your statement, in the conversation that we had earlier, there will be water. Then there will be air, or wind. Then there will be earth, or dirt, which would be earthquakes. And then there will be fire; volcanoes. Then you told us, Carlos, you told me that all this could happen, the escalation, the events getting bigger, could all happen in the next eighteen (18) months. Is that correct?

(CB) Yes. This year, the next year is very dangerous. This is the moment, as we explained, that we need to take the action to create a positive energy to change. Because if the Mother Earth, they can see if we are change our mind, we are change our spirit, and we’re beginning to stop the destruction, of course she’s going to take a more ministration than destruction. So we can do it. All the Elders, all the ancient traditions, we’re in connection, and we’re talking about, we are thinking to make a Elder Council with some from Japan, maybe for the next year, for send a message for all the spiritual people, all the spiritual leaders, to humanity. But we don’t need to wait for the Elders and the spiritual people to explain to us. We can see right now what is happening, and of course, rain, and the wind, and the earth, and the most dangerous will be fire created with manifestation, and that’s the beginning of a big destruction of a ! big part of humanity. And of course, the permanent situation of the people who like to create the wars just for economical benefit, or for who knows, what is the idea to create wars? This is too dangerous, because we are talking about, there are sometimes political people, they are going to take a reaction and you can see these reactions you know.

(MB) I did receive a few questions, Carlos. In addition to, as if natural disasters were bad enough, we in like have to be concerned about war, you know, and people unfortunately causing devastation at our own hand and peril. The question was, Carlos, have you and the other Elders discussed anything about a world wide flu epidemic? That disease will, that disease could kill many people in the world. Does the Mayan calendar, or have you and the Elders discussed things such as what is called Bird Flu, or Asian Flu, or Avian Flu?

(CB) I am not sure I really understand the question please.

(MB) Let me put it another way. Do you see anything about diseases? About disease that is passed on from one human to the next human, and before you know it there’s millions of people that could become very sick or die because of disease?

(CB) Yes, that’s it. Yeah. We’re checking, of course, and we are making all the time predictions with the Mayan Sacred Calendar, and the Visionaries, and we will, of course with the Elders, the oldest of the Elders, and we are in a permanent consulting right now, and we are checking what is going to happen, but, okay. Millions of people, in this moment, if you do not change millions of people is going to subdue. So system, the communicable system, it’s very important that we change because it’s not possible for the non-development countries, and when we talk development we are talking just in the technology, because in the spirituality, and in the humanity, I think we are more developed. I’d like the people to be conscious of the spirituality people in the development countries.

So I think, and we talk a lot with the Elders, we are going to continue to make the ceremonies to stop the destruction. We are continue to do the ceremonies in connection with the Elders for other countries, like the people from the Andes, Los Angeles, the Hindus, and others, because we need to work together. But this is not enough! It’s not just with prayers and ceremonies. We cannot stop part of the new activity. The people really need to understand. If not, the destiny is the destruction. The destiny is we are going to destroy the environment more, and we are going to destroy our own selves. That’s our reality, and that is the fact in this moment. We don’t see the people are really changed, and the Elders are tired of sending message and message. The people think for a moment, not yet, and then in the next two hours they forget everything, and they continue and c! onsume, and the contaminations. We really need to change, and not just this. We need to change the economy, the kind of economy. We need to create more balance because just the seven (7) percent of humanity have the eighty (80) percent…

(MB) …of the riches, of the wealth. Yes, yes. Carlos, we are at the bottom of the hour, and I need to take a very quick break. When we come back, I would like for you to introduce the Mayan Elder, your Mayan, the Mayan High Priest Elder from Santiago. He’s there with you now. Folks, for those of you just tuning in, I’m glad you made it in. Just as I thought, this show was going to have over-whelming attendance, and no surprise, right? And My God, if you’re hearing what I’m hearing, it’s really no surprise. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Carlos personally. I’ve shared a Sacred Fire ceremony with him, and the rest of the thirty (30) of us that took the Earth Changes TV cruise. It was a magical, magical, magical moment. I tell you with all of the integrity I can that Carlos Barrios is for real, a High Priest Mayan Elder, and if I heard correctly, folks, oh boy, I sound like one of those doom’s day guys, don’t I? If we do not change our ways, and I guess I need more information on that, Carlos reminds us, if I heard correctly, millions will die, and I believe he is talking about in the next two years. Millions could die, and that just sounds so doom and gloom, but remember folks, the first twenty (20) ! minutes of the show he reminded us that we’re not powerless. We are not powerless! We don’t have to lay down. That we can make a difference, and just how much more events need to occur in the world, natural disasters, and even threats of war, to get our attention? Here we are, this is October 13, live to Guatemala. We are speaking with a Mayan Elder, Carlos Barrios, and he has a High Priest Mayan Elder with him from another Clan, and I can’t pronounce the name. Very difficult sounds, and it’s almost impossible for me to say. So I’m going to let Carlos introduce him.

Folks, attendance to tonight’s show is overwhelming. I want to thank you so much. That’s a very good sign that perhaps the rest of the world is tuning in. I sent out a very quick article a couple hours ago, before airtime, and I found out that, that tonight’s show has gained national attention, and again, it really does surprise me sometime, but I don’t why, I really shouldn’t be surprised any more. When they look at me, or I’m on the phone and I’m visualizing how they’re looking at me with some of the media, with these natural disasters, these events that are unfolding, as if they’re in shock and bewilderment, as if they had no clue! You know, I just kind of scratch my head saying, Folks, don’t you read history? Have you ever talked to any of our ancestors? Any of our Elders? Have you talked to any of the Natives around the world? From China to South Americ! a? When is the last time you spoke to a paleontologist who clearly shows that the Earth has seen this many times before? And we’ll see it again. Of course all that changes when it happens in our lifetime, doesn’t it? And that’s what we’re seeing Folks. We’re seeing something that’s old, and now new, and billions of us are here to witness it.

Okay, let’s go back to Guatemala, and Carlos Barrios, and maybe I can Carlos to introduce his fellow Elder, and let’s see where we go from here. Carlos, welcome back to the show. Carlos? Could you, if you would, give our gratitude to the Mayan Elder, Manuel Mendosa he goes by. If you could interpret a message from him to us, and let’s go from there. Carlos, if you would please.

(CB) Yes. I have the honor, one of the most important of the Priest class, the High Priest of the Santiago Clan, is here right now with us. That’s one of the places who’s suffering more. More than three thousand (3000)people died, or maybe more. We’re never going to know. But he’s one of the Elders who really preserve the real tradition, and have a lot of knowledge and wisdom. And for me, he is one of my guides, one of the people who guide me, and it is a honor for me to introduce. His name is Manuel Mendosa, and he’s going to speak in his original language, and one of my disciples, he’s going to translate it into English.

(MB) Okay Folks. My gosh! I had no idea of the level of Manuel Mendosa. This is exciting for me. I didn’t even know this. This is a surprise to me as well. I’m just as excited as you are. Whenever you’re ready… okay, I guess they’re getting together.

(CB) Yes, yes, we’re here. He’s ready now.

(MB) Okay sure, take your time. We’re right here, and we’re very, very grateful to have him, and honored, and we welcome him. So please, if you could communicate to us we would love to hear what you have to say.

(CB) Mitch, the Manuel says hello to you, and thank you for the space. Okay, he doesn’t speak English, but he sends a blessing and a prayer for all humanity for the peace, for the balance, and the understanding. Now he’s going to talk, and I’ll pass it over.

The Elder speaks: The part of the principle of the Mayan code is we want to call humanity to confluence for the tragedies and suffering we have had with all the death and devastation brought by a hurricane never seen in our history. We are not apart from the land that was affected. This of course, is due to the lack of the respect of humanity has over Mother Nature. This is due to pollution, irrational use of the resource, and millions of trees being cut everyday. All the destruction has created weather change that affects the environment, bringing destruction. Our Brothers and Sisters of the Mayan Clans of the coast of Guatemala have suffered. Thousands of them have died, and other thousands of them have lost their homes, and now they are starving. It is seen that our prophets have already predicted this a long time ago.

We have already made our call to humanity in order to take action and stop the destruction we are encountering, and which is affecting us today with this manifestation. Fear and death of entire families buried in six (6) meters of earth, rock, wood, and mud. The reason that brings us to make two requests of all good people of Earth, we would first like to ask you for your energy, and monetary help in order to buy food, clothes, and rebuild the homes of the thousands of survivors. All these Clans have three thousand (3000) dead, and another four (4) have been affected. This is why we sincerely request your economical support, and to remind you that the heart of the Mayan people, and great wise men that have preserved the quality and tradition in our world will be grateful, and we’ll pray for your blessings.

On the second hand, and we have already said in our prophecies, Mother Earth is manifesting at the moment with this water. But she will to have the literal movement, and then it will manifest with fire. So we want to ask every human being to take action. These are warnings that will get worse every time. If we don’t take real concernment we are condemning humanity to destruction. These tragedies with our suffering today has already been suffered by other Brothers and Sisters in countries around the world. We want to thank you for your economical support which will give an end to suffering of the affected people. The support will be very valued. Thank you from our hearts, and the hearts of the Heaven and the Earth.

(MB) Beautiful. Beautiful. Thank you. Thank you so much. Folks, I don’t know what to say. I think I’m going to take just five (5) seconds here. Just to let this in, and, I don’t know why, maybe you’re right along with me, but I feel so pulled in to this culture in particular. I can’t explain it. I feel that they’re part of me. I don’t know. Maybe you feel the same way. That these are my Brothers and my Sisters. I want to thank you so much, and Carlos, I have spoke with Adam Rubel of Saq’ Be’, and we’ve set up some help lines there with Adam, and I have all the contact information for those that would like to help your people because your people are my people. We saw that in Louisiana. We saw that in Texas, and we’re going to see it again. I think it’s going to happen in the Mississippi Valley, up ar! ound the New Madrid fault is what I’m thinking, Folks. Then we have the fire, and I think that will probably be the Cascade Range first, which will be Oregon, and then into Washington, and of course, the largest of all, with the Yellowstone Park. This could all take place within the next eighteen (18) months to two (2) years. So Carlos, if you would allow me, I would love to send this message to everyone; for those that can help, because when we help you, we help us, because we’re next! I think we’ve learned that lesson, and I just feel drawn to that.

Folks, so of course, now, and even after the show, I’m going to give more information for everybody to help. Carlos, we’ve got about a minute or two left. Gee, again, I… First of all I want to thank Manuel, with all due respect. Manuel Mendosa speaks, although I didn’t understand a word because I do not know his language, I feel I understood him. Call me crazy, but it’s like it bypassed, Folks, it bypassed my brain and went to my heart. Now part of that could be because I have been to Carlos’ land. I’ve been to his country. I shared ceremony with Carlos; Me and thirty (30) others who went on the Earth Changes TV cruise. I can’t tell you what a value that was, and the people, and Carlos, how sincere he is, and I am blessed to have this relationship with him. That’s my personal story, Folks, and that’s my truth. I’m not asking you to follow my truth, I’m sharing with you, and you find your own. Carlos, we have about a minute left. What would you like to say?

(CB) Oh, okay Mitch, thank you for your work, and we’d like to say thank you for everybody who can open his heart and call us and help us, because already the Elders, they really need to help because there are many, many of them. And not just the Elders because we are not looking at races or religions or colors. We are just one (1) humanity, and now is the time to begin to understand we are one (1), and we are the son of the Greatest Spirit. We’d like to say thank you for all this help that you can give us. Thank you, Mitch, again, for open this space for us, and of course, we are going to continue to work very hard, to send message, and make our, as we can do, make ceremonies for stopping the destruction, and meditations, and everybody can do that! Everybody can do with the Son’s power, just change our mind. Change our heart, and change our knowledge and the conscience to change the world. To preserve this beautiful gift; who’s! the life of the world; this beautiful Mother Earth who is the most wonderful gift that the Great Spirit gave to us. Thank you again, Mitch. We really appreciate your help. We really appreciate the help of everybody. Okay, I don’t have words. When I hear the Elder talk, and he really touch my heart, and I cried, because I was not in this place, but when I listened in the moment, I suffered all this pain, all this destruction that we are doing. And they all needing help, and in this moment they have respect for the rest of humanity, but we, in reality, don’t respect the Native people who are the only one who are preserved the environment. I think we need to learn a lot from the Mayan people, from the Native American people.

(MB) As always, Carlos, beautifully said, My Brother, and I thank you so much. I too had the same reaction that you did as your Elder, your Mentor, as you are mine in so many ways. Blessings to you, and we will be in touch. Thank you, Carlos.

(AR) I’m here, Mitch.

(MB) Hi, Adam, welcome to the show. We’re live. Just had a wonderful, beautiful interview with Carlos Barrios and Manuel Mendosa. One thing that I didn’t get to get on the air was what Clan is Manuel with?

(AR) He’s with what’s called the Colfra-ah-dea (note: spelled phonetically) of Santiago Amatitlan. I believe with the sith that heal people that inhabit the region. The Colfra-ah-dea are kind of like the Clan system of the Broken Arrow regionally, so he’s the head of that group, or the Colfra-ah-dea of that region, that are in charge of performing the ceremonies and maintaining the spiritual life.

(MB) Adam, I don’t know if you had a chance to listen to tonight’s interview, but I’m telling you man, it just went right to the heart. Obviously I don’t know his native tongue, so I couldn’t interpret the words that way, but boy did my heart ever interpret. It just went right through me. I swear I was in a meditative state. I have a feeling that’s happened to you as well.

(AR) Absolutely, absolutely. It’s very fortunate that you had the opportunity to have someone like Manuel, and of course, Carlos, on the air. You know, because Manuel especially is with the people, of the people, and really one of the keepers of tradition.

(MB) Now there’s something that kind of leaped through that… You know, here in America, so often, Folks, I know you don’t like to think so, but believe me, our news is so filtered it’s pathetic. For those of you that are world travelers, you know this! I’ve lived overseas for years at a time. I know what that’s like, and Folks, I know too many of you may be surprised, but it’s unbelievably filtered often. Adam, what I heard was not only was there one thousand (1000) people who perished in the mudslides, but more like three thousand (3000), and maybe another three thousand (3000) who are yet to be found. If that’s how I understood it; I believe Carlos said three thousand (3000). Adam, what have you heard?

(AR) Yeah, that’s very possible. I spoke with Carlos earlier today; he did mention something about the multiple thousands of people that were affected. The thing that we have to understand, that it’s very different in these countries. It’s not like there’s a census with districting that know how many houses and how many people there are. These are villages. These are makeshift houses that people live in, you know, it’s not a very highly regulated, or highly counted area, so it’s no surprise. I think we saw the same thing with the civil war that happened in Guatemala, but they still don’t know the number of people that have disappeared or actually murdered during that time.
