New Alternative Schools for Children

What is this?

This statement will serve dual purpose.  It is for those who might be interested in creating, manifesting, and establishing an alternative school in their area.  This can serve as a simplified outline to support or inspire your Vision and goals.   It is also for those who might be interested in working in this New School environment and/or who are dissatisfied with the current situation presented and forced upon children labeled as ‘education’, and whom have not found a school which offers education, a nurturing/supportive environment and assists their children in consciousness reality.

Children have never fit into the 1950’s model for education, and certainly not the model of strict thinking and behavior of the era prior to the 1950’s. It is now Time, with the Shift of Consciousness fully present, with the obvious deterioration of life systems around us, our realization that there is no such thing anymore as “weather patterns” and all will be intensifying, and that our world is experiencing vast and intense change in the land and in the ability to live in the manner we have grown accustomed, it is with these in focus, I present the following information.

First

First, I will invite those who are passionate about children and the quality of life we are presenting them with during These Times, to review whether they feel called to establish a New Alternative School environment.

 I do not refer to it as a system, as each and every School will be different and offer unique opportunities for the children, those who work or co-partner in these New Schools, for the communities/cities in which they are established and for our world as a whole.  There are many people who have already established New Schools around the world. I will have a link to this information at the end of this article. They are (relatively speaking) easy to form and have been welcomed in all cities they are established. Even those “un-Awake” feel/realize that the education system is very lacking, is mostly non-supportive to the children AND the staff, and at the higher levels of ‘education’ is another system full of greed/payoff/deception/cheating and lies (I use deception and lies as 2 different events. One is mis-information and one is a constant life style).

Basically, we realize that all systems are being re-structured and re-aligned to support and expand the “New Energy” (jargon usage) and Consciousness levels.  For those who refuse to change to accommodate the new & necessary Consciousness, they will find great strife and struggle. The dissolving, the demise, the falling is still in motion, so no matter how hard some endeavor to control and hold on, it is for not. We support those who are structuring and producing systems (commerce, housing, Wholistic/Holistic Communities, schools, monetary,etc) which are conscious of the impact upon Earth that each of their words and deeds have, who realize and support many ‘pieces’ make up the Whole and when the Whole is ‘healthy’ and prospering, so too, the individual ‘pieces’.  In other words, Many make the One.  The intention is to fully utilize each person’s abilities, traits and wisdoms in experience in combination with each person’s Visions and Inspirations (‘intuitions’, Organic Knowings). The balance of Heart, Mind, Emotions, Spirit is the foundation to these New Systems.  It is with this as a basis, we invite those who have a passion to establish a Quality of life for Children in relation to education, to step forward and make yourself known. We need to shift from the belief of ‘education’ being only text books and experiments to understand the Newtonian world, to one which supports, embraces and encourages the balance of Newtonian and Quantum physics. We live in a world represented by things of matter, appearing ‘solid’ and composed entirely of energy. The Children Understand this. They need to know how to live in both worlds whilst we create a ‘better’ world for us all.

I am in contact with 6 people right now who feel they are to establish a school and not sure how to go about it….where to start. If there are 6, I Know there are many, many, many more.  We need to connect and network, create a Web of consciousness, as it were for the establishing of New Schools which honor the Children, those who offer their knowledge & experience to them, those who serve in keeping the mundane working in the Schools, to the parents/families and ultimately including the cities/countries/worlds. If one suffers (how often are janitors and cooks in schools ignored, as an example), the Whole suffers. As one prospers, the Whole prospers. It takes all of us to create the environment we desire for our children. These children are not to placed as idols or in ‘circus-types’ of settings for conventions, they need to be supported and encouraged and given techniques which they can utilize in managing their emotions and bodies.

As I was re-reading this I noticed that the criteria for establishing a New School, is the same for those who are looking for a New School to enter their children. I was going to address them differently, and realize now, they are the same. I invite those who feel passion to establish a New School and those who desire to have your children in this type of environment, to Step Forward and contact me OR the person who sent you this & included their outline of what they will manifest. How to use this statement

As I said previously, this statement can serve as a simplistic outline. I am asking those interested—those who Know they are to establish a New School—to contact me and you will be included in the “roundtable” meetings we will be starting to discuss possibilities, locations and some basic frameworking ideas.  My intention is that the Roundtable Net (ahh, yes, some energetic puns…) be only for suggestions, inspirations, problem-solving, circumventing, etc.

It is to be an open forum of inspirations and networking----supporting and assisting each other in expanding the knowledge that these Schools are available and to those interested--how to be involved.

Great Discernment will be the responsibility of each and every person to whom we each connect. Remember, not all or everyone is as they seem right now, so we are to act as protectors as well. With that said, I will also include that I Know we each draw to us what we need to evolve in wisdom and life, so I am in Allowing that situations are whatever they are for whomever is involved. With THAT said, I add that we are still in duality and polarity and a world that is dissolving and being re-built, so we each must utilize full discernment, whilst we also be in the states of  “Be Aware” and “Pay Attention” to energy, subtle feelings of Knowing, etc. With all of that stated, personally, I Know that my Intention is for the re-structuring and renewal in Quality of life for all those who are willing, open and allowing of such wonderful expanses in consciousness and creation. We are each conscious creators and those who are still reading this, have chosen to allow and direct their lives to unfold in ways which are supportive and prosperous to Earth’s re-generation (no pun intended, though that is interesting!...) and to Earth/our Renewal.

There are different ways to handle the RoundTable Net. As this expands, we will change & I don’t have all the answers now, of course.  I see the first ones emailing and/or IM. As we grow, we will have to see. We each are very busy, so I am assuming we all intend for the communication to be simple and straightforward, so this will evolve.  Just as with the New Holistic Communities Project, I will be tracking the New School Themes or intentions (each will be unique), the areas they are establishing and other details which I can share with those interested.  The ways each of the ‘founders’ decide to manage their flow of information is up to them.  Suggestions will abound and of course----Choice.

What is the criteria for employment/co-partnering in Rebeka Michaels’ School

I will provide some basics and more to those who write me with interest and/or questions, and as the Project and New School expands, so too will the criteria outlines.

I Vision a New School offering a balance of skill sets to physically live in our world, skill sets to emotionally live in our world, skill sets to mentally live in our world, and quantum physics skill sets in a variety of expansive categ ories.

I Vision a New School which provides the basics of reading, speaking, writing, math skills, live-at-home skills, living-out-in-our-world skills, general information of our universe in Newtonian physics perspectives.  A New School which provides the opportunity for everyday people come to share about their livelihoods, to offer hands-on experience of their livelihood/job/profession. IE, this might be a person who creates with building constructions, helping the children to make a simple project. There are so very many talented, everyday people who do great work and would love the opportunity to show and relate these skills to children (the adults can participate too! Learning never stops). I see 1 or 2 of these a week & some of the fundamentals & curriculum will be around these presentations. It is to provide the children with diversity, appreciation, respect, understanding, diverse ways to use their body, develop confidence in interaction and how they can accomplish tasks, as well as to support imagination & curiosity.

I Vision a New School which offers skills and skill sets to be conscious, energy-beings, with quantum levels of Information, who seem to be more comfortable living AS energy and energy translators than they are comfortable in human bodies, who have a full spectrum of emotions that often seem too large for them to manage, which provides grounded techniques and tools to live on a planet of duality, polarity and paradox.  There is much research established that the ‘new children’ have different compositions of chemicals in their brains, their livers and pancreas are slightly different in the way they process foods/liquids, as well as many other differences.  We ALL are Aware of the emotional and mental differences in the children of the last 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 30 years and even 50 years.  The farther back one goes on the linear timeline, the fewer of these children there are. It is for evolution that we all have come.  Each of us reading this is a trend-setter, path-finder, systems-buster, etc.  It is for the evolution and now the involution we are living and bringing our Qualities to Earth. There are great differences in each year a child is born. In other words, the qualities and traits they have are varying from year to year. Anyone with a now 4 or 5 yr old girl who loves purple and horses?  Yes, I thought so!  It is my Understanding and I have expansive notes on the Qualities of  each year of child (notes, because I am overwhelmed to transcribe them all!). I started this about 5 years ago when I worked with many mothers who were having difficulty with their families. Definite patterns were present and it is so to this day!

I highly invite you to purchase the books,”Raising Your Spirited Child” by Mary Sheedy Kurcinka and “Kids, Parnets & Power Struggles” by the same author.  Once you read the first few pages of “Raising Your Spirited Child” you will understand why I am choosing not to limit the experience and knowledge she has to just a few words of “review”!

To return to the quantum areas of the New School I Vision.  There will be modalities presented which in the vibrational frequency of “the New Energy” (if anyone is unaware of this, please see foremost—www.crimsoncircle.com). The old beliefs, structures, ways and thinking no longer serve or function in the new higher frequency, more rarified realities.  All Transformational modalities (old: “healing”) will be re-formed and re-aligned to the newer frequencies. This has already occurred and I refer to the overall thinking and ways. I see the children being presented with energy concepts of how energy functions and expresses. Whilst the child may have a feeling of what is true, it is mandatory that these things be spoken about in depth as we do with reading & writing. The children of the last 6 years do not have the cellular memories of Atlantis or Lemuria activated, so this allows much expansion in the brain and ‘heart/feeling center’, which in turn allows great Creativity in all subjects, especially where “free energy devices” are concerned. These children need the balance of mind, body, emotions, the concept of Love or ‘Heart’ actions and ‘Spirit’. There will be therapeutic massage offered, and for those of the older ages of understanding, more advanced methods and they will be encouraged to combine modalities to expand our present concepts of such work.

Within the quantum studies, we will address—very simply—the diversity of spiritual traditions. This is from the perspective of evolution rather than a way of life, because these Children have a high degree of ceremonialism and honor in them, and do not like structure, control or dogma. IE, perhaps those that offer SweatLodges in the indigenous traditions might come to speak and example that body of living.  I Vision offering expressions of Sound, Color and Light…at all levels and Understandings.

Questions and In Closing

I feel this provides a very simplistic overview of how I Vision the New School I am establishing.  As I stated, I can offer more as asked.

Is this School functioning right now, no.  Am I close to completion? Not exactly.  Where is the location?  To be determined.  Let me explain.  We are preparing for a relocation from the pacific northwest to Colorado in a few months. It will be there the School is established. It may be under “home-school” or perhaps a charter school so it will receive grants/funding. I do not like ‘control’, so after researching the ‘laws’ for charter schools in Colorado, that may prove not to be the path.  I am open.  It is my intent to be “up and running” rather than be in Warrior-mode to bust a system & then not be able to provide service, so we shall see what opportunities open as this unfolds into manifestation.

I am in contact with some people and will be more actively pursuing those who desire to be ‘teachers, leaders, co-partners’ with the children.  I see about 2 children with each adult. Some will have certificates and most will not—they are not necessary and actually totally unnecessary! Those with Compassion, Love and Wisdom will be those who care for the children in the New School I am establishing.

It is the intention to Honor the person’s experience and knowledge in life rather than only based on textbooks. Each will be paid their salary requests, or as close to that as possible. I feel it is each person’s responsibility to themselves to honor themselves and ask for the highest the can imagine. A million dollars a year?  Sure. If the person is in Compassion and Aligned with Love, the universe will most certainly manifest that.  It is about Quality and Value. I will value each person there, and consider them extended family, as I fully expect those there to feel toward the children in their care. I refer to this as co-partnership, as we are all equals; the children, the staff and the founder. We must all communicate and express in authentic ways.
